We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

1 Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including manuals, parts, and accessories.
2 You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email).
3 Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, personal care items, mobility aids, and medical consumables (such as braces, electrodes, cushions, and compression garments) cannot be returned once opened or used.
4 Items damaged by improper use, storage, or installation are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1 Contact our support team at support@rehabcaresupplies.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2 Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
3 Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
4 Pack the product securely and ship it back to the provided return address.
5 Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome and proceed with your refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

1 Returns due to product defects, shipping errors, or damaged goods are fully covered by Rehab Care Supplies.
2 Returns for other reasons (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size/model) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
